AIBNi018-A

Flagged for further review

Alternative Names: SPGh2-S964pC6

Details

Description

This induced pluripotent stem cell line was reprogrammed by using non-integrating sendai viral vectors to reprogram peripheral blood mononuclear cells. The donor of AIBNi018-A is a male carrier of a heterozygous variant in the CYP2U1 gene and is a parent of the donor of AIBNi016-A who has been diagnosed with Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia 56. AIBNi018-A is described as having a normal karyotype. Expression of OCT4, SOX2, NANOG, TRA-1-60 and TRA-1-81 in undifferentiated cells, and directed differentiation to endoderm, mesoderm and ectoderm have been reported.
