Description

This induced pluripotent stem cell line was reprogrammed from the peripheral blood mononuclear cells of a female epilepsy patient using non-integrating sendai viral vectors. AIBNi008-A is described as having a normal karyotype. Expression of OCT4, SOX2, NANOG, TRA-1-60 and TRA-1-81 in undifferentiated cells, and directed differentiation to endoderm, mesoderm and ectoderm have been reported.
