Description

This induced pluripotent stem cell line was reprogrammed from male peripheral blood mononuclear cells using non-integrating sendai viral vectors. MCRIi008-A is reported to show a normal karyotype. Expression of OCT4, TRA-1-60, TRA-1-81 and SSEA-4 has been shown in undifferentiated cells and in vitro spontaneous differentiation to endoderm, mesoderm and ectoderm have been reported.
