Description

This induced pluripotent stem cell line was derived by using mRNA-based reprogramming to reprogram female dermal fibroblasts from a reportedly healthy donor. UOWi001-A is described as having a normal karyotype. Expression of OCT4, NANOG, SSEA-4 and TRA-1-60 in undifferentiated cells has been reported, as has trilineage differentiation in embryoid bodies, and differentiation to basal forebrain-like cholinergic neurons.
