This line contains compound heterozygous deletions of NR2F2 exons 2-3 (allele 1) and a 7 bp region leading to a frameshift with premature stop codon (NP_066285.1:p.Gly160FS*5) (allele 2). Absence of NR2F2 (COUP-TFII) protein expression was observed in MCRIi030-A-2 mesodermal embryoid bodies compared to those derived from unmodified (MCRIi030-A) cells and from cells containing only the exon 2/3 deletion (MCRIi030-A-1).
